Nowadays, The creative is very important, since science and technology were highly developed. Especially, Collection of information was not insufficiently competitive any more. Because information technology(IT) has developed rapidly. So this research was study about implications of creative and creative thinking techniques were analyzed. And a new technique is presented.
In this study, two types were reclassified about creative thinking techniques because the previous classification was ambiguous. In the past, individuals, groups and mixed classified. However, it can be used interchangeably, depending on the situation. So classified create an environment method and through personal thoughts method.
