Abstract
This paper empirically analyzes the relationship between labor employment for various employment types of workers. To do so, we classify employment types of workers into permanent workers, directly hired contigent workers, and indirectly hired contingent workers. The empirical results from SUR models show follows: the employment of indirectly hired contingent workers might substitute the employment of permanent workers, the employments of directly hired and the indirectly hired contingent workers also are related and substitute each other. However, the substitution effect between directly hired and indirectly hired workers is very small. The substitutive relationship is observed in analysis for manufacturing and service sector as well as all sector.
