공공부문 노동정책의 역사적 고찰과 미래 과제

This study has examed the government’s public sector policies from the authoritarian regime to the Moon Jae-in government based on their political characteristics. As a result, this study confirmed that the privatization of public enterprises has been repeated periodically and has not been pursued since the Park Geun-hye administration. In addition, this study confirmed that the management efficiency of public institutions, which started with the Kim Young-sam administration, expanded and developed as a control strategy for public institutions, with different characteristics until the Park Geun-hye administration. It was the only government that emphasized the social value of the public sector under the Moon Jae-in administration. Based on the above discussion, the public sector policies of the Yun Seok-Yeol administration were analyzed and the future tasks of the public sector were discussed.
