글로벌 SCM에서의 위험관리 프레임웍에 관한 연구: A기업 사례를 중심으로

As the globalization of business has had a tremendous impact on the way companies operate today, the companies face various types of business risks. In particular, advanced information system through the Internet environment has leads to efficient firm. However, its rapid environment also exposes the business to increased risk. Thus, nowadays companies need to recognize, analyze, evaluate and manage business risks to prevent losses, and they also need to do risk management to obtain business opportunities. This paper proposes the risk management framework in global supply chain through in-depth analysis of awareness and respondence of risk factors for a case study of one korean company.
