대도시의 주택보유형태 및 주택 유형과 난방연료 결합선택에 대한 분석

This study explores the plausible socio-economic variables that influence joint choice of tenure, with fuel for house heating and dwelling type with fuel for house heating for seven large cities of Korea. For estimating these joint choice models, multinomial logit framework is employed. Following the practice of other studies, we chose the age of householder, education level of householder, occupation of householder, and the monthly income of household as socio-economic variables. According to the estimation results, we can derive some implications. For example, the higher monthly income of household, the more they prefer LNG(liquefied natural gas) to oil as a fuel for heating. In addition, as householders are older, their incomes are higher, and their education levels are higher, they prefer owing house to renting it.
