데이터 거버넌스 프레임워크의 구성요소 개발 및 상세화

The purpose of this paper is to verify and expand the previous study related on development of components in data governance framework. We verify the second level components in data governance framework which was developed in the previous study and develop the third level components in the data governance framework. It is based on the first level components(data compliance, data quality, and data organization) in data governance framework which was developed in the previous study. To do this, we use qualitative methods such as the RGT and Laddering techniques as well as quantitative methods such as MANOVA, the correlation analysis, and Cronbach"s alpha coefficient analysis in this paper. As a result of this study, we completed the data governance framework which is composed of the first level components including three components, the second level components including 13 components, and the third level components including 42 components. For this result, we verify reliability and validity of the developed data governance framework, which is done by applying delphi technique three times. This paper can be used for the base line data in introducing and operating data governance in an IT company.
