도로교통 지능형교통체계의 사용자 만족도 평가에 관한 연구

The background and purpose of this study is as follows. Restricted road infrastructure capacity and traffic congestion due to the increase of number of cars, safety problem due to traffic accident, greenhouse gas exhaustion are deteriorating the environment. Therefore, in order to maximize the efficiency of the existing roadsystem, the Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) is suggested. In Korea, a three-step general plan regarding ITS was set up in September 1997 to efficiently solve the traffic problem with the Ministry of Construction & Transportation(presently, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) as the center. Presently, the last stage of the three-step plan in ITS is being executed(starting from year 2011 to year 2020). This study will aim to evaluate the user satisfaction for the ITS project in the meantime. The study method and content of this research are as follows. In the evaluation method, Deducting the factor for evaluating the user satisfaction of the ITS sector is very important. The evaluation factor of the user satisfaction is composed of the structure of ITS, the nation's ITS architecture, Architecture Flow Diagram(AFD) of the unit system. The inconvenient point of the ITS user has been investigated as a descriptive survey and the relevant contents in the transportation-related newspaper in order to complement the contents of the professional ITS have been combined. The evaluation of the user satisfaction has been divided into eight evaluation items of the 4 units system. The study scope is as follows. The enforcement situation of the ITS in Korea from 1990 to 2015 has been investigated. The master plan and the policy of the ITS in Seoul has been investigated. The evaluation of the user satisfaction must be executed without discretion of gender on those who reside or have a job in Seoul. The evaluation result of the study, In comparison to the evaluation of the 4 unit system, the basic information broadcasting subsystem is the values the worst and the city bus information system is the best. The overall evaluation of the user satisfaction states that the most satisfactory factors for the user is the accurate real-time, promptness, efficiency of transportation information. In the future, the item of general evaluation areas, evaluation indicators and the weighting in order to systematically evaluate the user satisfaction of the ITS sector will be needed to be developed. Through such continual maintenance of the ITS sector and fusion of new technology, a developed ITS environment for users will be created.
