Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of creating new jobs in the field of culture and arts for retirees and young adults in the republic of Korea who have entered an aging society. The cultural arts industry is a sustainable field of work that cannot be replaced by the AI(Artificial Intelligence) of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which threatens to shrink jobs in the future. This study examined the possibility of creating new jobs in the republic of Korea by benchmarking the ceramic work industry, where job creation is actively being made. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the characteristics of ceramic work had some effect on satisfaction. In particular, it was analyzed that patience and perseverance factors had a significant positive influence among the detailed factors constituting the characteristics of ceramic work, and that professional knowledge and technical factors had a significant negative influence Secondly, the satisfaction of ceramic work had a positive effect on the intentions of vocational activities. Third, the activity of ceramic work as an independent variable, consisting of four elements: reflective thinking and communication, patience and patience, knowledge and skills, concentration and immersion, had a special influence on the intention of professional activity. In particular, it was analyzed that only the reflective thinking and communication elements among the detailed elements constituting the activity of ceramic work had a significant positive effect. Fourth, the group with the highest intention of vocational activity showed a frequent experience of the ceramic work, with the group participating in more than 10 times activities of ceramic work followed by 6-9 times. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the association and influence between the program of ceramic work activity and the vocational activity intention in field of the ceramic work. However, for the generalization of this study, it is necessary to consider the expanded survey subject, survey area, and various influence variables.
