산림분야 신규 자격종목 선정 연구

Due to the economic and environmental issues, the importance of the various services provided by forests is recognized and industries related to forests are considered as the core social impacts such as the green growth and the job opportunities. Therefore the development of forest fields qualification study was implemented to get the new qualifications. To do develop the new qualification on forest, advanced countries were chosen as Finland, England and Germany, which forest fields qualifications and work-forces were analyzed to select a new qualification. The methods and processes were adopted to analyze in-outer country's forest work forces and qualifications and the expert panel has been adopted as to decide the priorities of qualification and predict future demands of the qualification. The results of the study were represented as wood nurse and therapist, forest therapist and guide, forest business meister, care-taker on prevention & control of forest pests, respectively which reached a high consensus to be priorities qualification kinds developed by panelists, and they predicted four qualifications should be positive demands in the forest labor market, government investment and work force development area. The research suggestions were made that the forest qualifications system should be needed as reinvestigated, and the selected qualifications should be studied as restructured to cope with forestry fields labor market.
