Abstract
Recently, the ‘software partitioning order’ has been issued for the concrete specification of software requirements. The ‘software partitioning order’ separates design works from the software development and entrusts the design works to another company which has skilled designers and will not implement this software to avoid the invisibility problem of software. This new ordering method is expected to reduce the business failure and budget wastes but there are few studies on the risks which this method causes. In this paper, we derive its risk factors using the survey and the Delphi method of IT professionals and evaluate them with AHP. Finally, we analyze the difference of risk factors from the viewpoints of buyers and sellers using t-test and this result is expected to decrease the anxiety and the resistance of several stakeholders.
