Abstract
From the 2018 Pyeongchang winter Olympic Games it can be extrapolate that use of the technological product based on domestic technology can contribute to uplift and develop the winter sports industry. Minute study was conducted to examine the physiological effects of decks on snowboard athletes and evaluated data was presented in terms of technical differences through comparative analysis of decks. The subjects of the study were 5 male slope style snowboard players. The experiment was carried out on the AP1 slope (average slope width 35m, average slope angle 11.35) of H ski area of in Taebaek, Kangwon province. Respiratory gas analysis was carried out to analyze physiological movements on the snow with the first developed deck B5, supplemented secondarily and modified decks B1, B2, B3 as a blind test. There was no significant difference in the heart rate with deck and time interval and deck but there was significant effect of time interval (p<.001).As a result B3 increased the most up to 67.28%, “B5” 60.75%, “B1” 56.97% and “B2” 56.00%. Oxygen intake per body weight was significant with deck and time interaction (p<.05), deck effect (p<.05) and effect of the time period (p<.001) were also significant. After posttest it was found that the oxygen intake per body weight was in the order “B3”, followed by “B5” then “B2” and “B1”. The largest increase was in “B3” 26.27%, “B5” 20.43%, “B2” 19.78% and the smallest was in “B1” 14.44%.In conclusion respiratory gas exchange was found to be best on technically modified B3 rather than secondarily supplemented B5. So I think it will be necessary to enhance the concept of high end equipment.
