신자유주의 시대의 노동과 여가스포츠 현상에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this study was to examine what leisure sports phenomena appear in an era of neoliberalism, and the social context in which the phenomena occur. To achieve the purpose, first, based on previous studies, competitive labor and the lives of workers that appeared during the period were discussed. This takes into account that the relationship between labor and leisure is mutually exclusive and complementary. Second, four major leisure sports phenomena were identified. Third, the social context in which these phenomena occur was interpreted, and leisure reflection was presented. These research results may contribute to grasping the meaning of work and leisure during this period and enhancing the understanding of leisure.
