Abstract
The human's evolution and development creates civilization, and society has made this civilisation into a mental and materially advanced status.
On the other hand, the development of civilisation entering into the old age period, has started to make a mentally, culturally and socially neglected class of old aged people.
The IT industry and the internet, developing at a rapid pace, is accelerating the disparity of civilisation all the more.
Consequentially, this study references the previous research of the silver generation site operated on and offline in the kimpo district.
This is to thereby analyse with purposes of identifying improvements and complements henceforth by comprehending the potential of cognition, equitable usability and approachability in relation to the concept of universal design.
