Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job environment on job satisfaction and exercise continuation intention of the professional table tennis players with a total of 122 players (51 males, 71 females, average age 24) of domestic table tennis players. The job environment questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire, and exercise continuation intention questionnaire were used as measurement tools. It was found that the job environment of the players of the domestic table tennis team had an effect on job satisfaction. In addition, it was confirmed that the work environment affects the intention of athletes to continue exercising as a profession. This study is a study on the psychological variables that work environment affects, and based on the results of the study, it is intended to provide basic data for creating a work environment that enables job satisfaction and long-term professional life of domestic table tennis players.
