Abstract
The goal of this research is to confirm the relationship between leisure consumption tendency and leisure satisfaction among leisure sports participants based on their level of recreation specialization. For this purpose, a Google survey was used to survey participants aged 18 or older, and a total of 285 samples were used for the study. The main findings are as follows: First, the effect of the conspicuous leisure consumption of leisure sports participants on leisure satisfaction was not statistically significant, but recreational specialization was found to have a positive effect on leisure satisfaction. In addition, the interaction between recreational specialization and conspicuous leisure consumption tendency was found to have a negative effect on leisure satisfaction, indicating that there is a moderating effect of recreational specialization in the relationship between conspicuous leisure consumption and leisure satisfaction. Second, it was found that the practical leisure consumption tendency and recreational specialization of leisure sports participants had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction. However, in the relationship between practical leisure consumption tendency and leisure satisfaction, the moderating effect of recreational specialization was not statistically significant. This study is meaningful in presenting the role of recreational specialization in maximizing participants' leisure satisfaction by examining the effect of consumption tendencies of leisure sports participants on leisure satisfaction according to their level of specialization.
