Result As a result of factor analysis for disaster situation perception, 7 factors were derived. In multiple regression, perspective taking and fantasy among interpersonal reactivity, and situational empathy showed a positive effect on collaborative efficacy. As for satisfaction with online collaboration and academic achievement, trust in policies and experts in disaster situations had a positive influence, while the perception on disaster as an obstacle to study had a negative influence. Through the canonical correlation analysis, the systematic relationship between the online collaboration and disaster situation perception was confirmed. Conclusion Interpersonal reactivity and disaster situation perception influenced online collaboration, and empathy in disaster was a situation-oriented factor holding realistic influence. The results of the study suggest that collaborative activities that are highly related to a given situation with affording confidence and satisfaction can facilitate situational empathy and collaborative traits even in the limited environment of online.
