Abstract
This study classifies the broadcast formats of the Walt Disney Company into five value factors and provides strategic implications for the exports of Korean broadcast formats. This study analyzes Korean performing arts and drama programs which aired in China from perspectives of the five value factors of the Walt Disney Company and discuss the future plans for the competitive advantage in the Korea broadcast formats. This study discusses how to implement a successful TV formats through an approach based on human nature and proposes a new research paradigm for the culture industry.
