Abstract
The history of interactive media with interaction as an important design element is focused on users' communication. According to the appearance of smart machines, people started to face web advertising materials, rather than using printed advertisements and TV commercials. Because of the offline internet environment, people want to use web advertisements of viral marketing more than using printed media.
In this study, the four interactive design approaches (user-centered, activity-centered, systems, and genius design) with historical backgrounds of interactive media will analyze the selected web advertisements. The results of analyzing visual elements of the selected web advertisements in common and difference will give a new guideline to the future web advertisements.
