Abstract
Inevitably, local governments with public interests are forced to pursue activities to create shared value through local resources, unlike corporations whose priority is profit creation. Among the various regional resources that the local government is focusing on, the researcher paid attention to the ceramic arts, which is considered as a traditional culture industry, and sought the know -how that has been advanced in the preservation and development of cultural products. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of development of the ceramic industry in Korea by examining the case of Creating shared value through the ceramic art industry in Kasama area. To this end, the purpose of this study is to analyze the present status and development policy of the ceramic industry in Japan and to propose a plan for establishing the international competitiveness of the domestic pottery culture industry in the future by seeking ways for the long - term development of the domestic pottery culture industry. In order to analyze the case, I visited the Kasama area in Japan and conducted an investigation. I collected information on the ceramics related tourist leaflet, official statistical data, research reports, academic books, and articles. The present situation and characteristics are described on the basis of data gathered in various ways so as to explain characteristics of various pottery industries in Kasama region. The creation of shared value activities can ultimately lead to economic value creation. In conclusion, firstly, the characteristics of creating shared value activity through the ceramic industry of Kasama region were redefined the life-friendly commodity market rather than the arts. Secondly, for the cultivation of ceramic arts industry and fostering human resources related to ceramic arts. In the aspect of active administrative support, the productivity redefinition of the value chain was achieved. Third, the establishment of regional industrial clusters has been achieved through the solidarity of industries and regions utilizing local resources. Based on the results of these three cases, it is necessary to search for ways to revitalize the economy.
