Abstract
This study intention is the examination of whether it is easy for customers to estimate the reliability of service providers at a time when service transactions through the talent marketplace are being activated. The purpose of this study is to understand from an aspects of convergence research how the information elements of service provider provided by the talent marketplace affect customers in determining the reliability of the customer, and further to explore the inconvenience and needs of the user experience in the purchase decision stage.
Therefore, this paper contains the concept and market status of the talent marketplace through literature research, and considered previous studies on the user experience of the talent marketplace and factors of reliability. Subsequently, There were conducted surveys and in-depth interviews for those experienced in purchasing services on the talent marketplace, and implemented results analysis.
The results of the study are as follows. First, customers need information to determine detailed type and level of expertise of the service provider in order to receive customized service outcomes that meet individual requirements. Second, information that can predict problem-solving procedures and experiences in the transaction process is required. Third, information that can predict the sincerity and attitude of the service provider, which has become important due to the specificity of services, which is the target of talent marketplace transactions, is needed. Based on these research results, it is expected to be used as basic data to build a talent marketplace where trust-based transactions between customers and service providers can be made by exploring the information needs necessary to judge the reliability of service provides in using the talent marketplace.
