Abstract
Exhibition design in digital information age does not depend on the purpose of personal or specific organizations' promotion any more. The exhibition design, itself became a core part of our life. According to the feeling and experiencing based on human life styles, exhibition styles are categorized in the various expressions of exhibiting concepts. In this study, the brief history of exhibition design and the role of exhibition design are mentioned to help understanding basic principles of exhibition design theory. Based on the related research works, the exhibition design can communicate with people in three different categories; emotion, activity, and contents focused on communication. These categories will be used to analyze the various cases of exhibition design communication to analyze the new trend of exhibition design in the future.
