제2차 국민여가활성화 기본계획 수립을 위한 여가교육정책에 관한 소고

This study aims to set the policy direction and areas of leisure invigoration master plan by suggesting the leisure education policy for people’s leisure invigoration. Positive leisure experience is essential for improvement of people’s happiness and quality of life, and the establishment of people’s leisure invigoration master plan at national level is greatly required. This study can help to set a people’s leisure invigoration direction, discover policy tasks, and organize the promotion roadmap. To this end, data was collected and analyzed through leisure education-related previous studies, based on the Basic People’s Leisure Invigoration Act and the First People’s Leisure Invigoration Master Plan. On the basis of this, the leisure education policy was suggested. The suggested leisure education policy areas are as follows: first, leisure education policy within public education; second, the fourth industry and leisure education policy; third, working people’s leisure enjoyment policy; fourth, leisure culture policy depending on life cycle; fifth, out-of-school culture arts policy
