Abstract
This study empirically examines the mediating role of workplace bullying behavior, Taewum in the relationship between perceived organizational politics and organizational performance. This study aims to contribute to the limited literature on the determinants as well as impacts of workplace bullying behavior. This study uses data obtained from a survey of hospital nurses and employs a mediated regression analysis. Finding suggest that Taewum is a perfect mediator linking perceived organizational politics and organizational performance. Its theoretical and practical implications are also discussed.
