Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between the secondary youth leadership life skills and their experienced activities. The youth leadership life skills scale was consisted of 30 items(2 items on communication skills, 5 items on decision-making skills, 7 items on skills in getting along with others, 4 items on learning skills, 3 items on management skills, 6 items on skills in understanding by oneself, and 3 items on skills working with groups). Cronbach'⍺ of youth leadership life skills Scale was .94. Data for this study were collected from 7,098 middle and high school students. The SPSSWIN 12.0 were used to analyze the data. ANOVA and LSD test for post-hoc interpretation were employed to analyze the data with a statistical significance level of .05. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) The results of ANOVA revealed that experiences of using youth facilities influenced positively on the youth leadership life skills. 2) The results of ANOVA revealed that youth activity experiences influenced positively on the youth leadership life skills.
