Abstract
The training program for prospective recruits, in the consortium training project for small and middle-sized corporations, has been highlighted as the way of matching the youths' needs to employment with the middle-sized corporations needs. This study took the perspective of supervisors to evaluate the results of prospective recruits training in the aspect of program management. It was expected to draw the guidelines for practically improving program management by the aspect of small and middle-sized corporations. According to the evaluation model combining Kirkpatrick's model with the framework of before-after employment, reaction, learning, behavior, and performance were investigated in turn. As the results of regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis, it was critical for the high level of satisfaction and learning whether training program delivered the adequate knowledge and skills. This also has the canonical relationship with the application of knowledge and skills, job understanding, and business results. In addition, the results of this study insisted that the outcomes of training program for prospective recruits were related to the quality of program reflecting trainees' competency level, middle-sized corporations' needs, and the follow-up treatment after training.
