청년층의 지역이탈과 이주지역 선택: 울산지역을 중심으로

This study analyzes the determinants of the migration choice and of the destination choice of the young in Ulsan area using 「Census of the Population and House 2015」(2% sample). Particulary, the determinants of the migration choice is estimated by Logit model and the determinants of the destination choice is estimated by Multinomial Logit model. The estimated results show that who are relatively young, male, single, or inexperienced workers are more likely to leave Ulsan. Who are married or participate social activity or born in Ultsan male are more likely to stay Ulsan. Further, the analyses on the destination choice show that the young prefers to move to the region has the more shopping facilities and the more chance of university eduction. The daycare service of the destination seems to be not significant factor of the choice, but the primary eduction of the destination is significant factor of the destination choice. The low growth of housing price and unemployment rate of the destination may increase for the young to move into.
