Abstract
The purpose of our study was to develop programfor evaluating comfort in design process of superhighrise residential complex using LQI(LivingQuality Indicator) and weights of the indicatorsdeveloped by previous research.
This research process is as follow. First,certification system in domestic and foreign andprevious research was analyzed by literatureresearch. Second, Algorism for evaluation programof comfort at the residential space in super highrisebuilding was developed. Finally, evaluation methodand evaluation program was developed usingLQI(Living Quality Indicator) and weights of theindicators developed by previous research.
Research range was limited not by complex butby living unit using residential space of superhighrise residential complex and design evaluation inarchitectural design phase.
Certification system for residential environmentevaluation has resulted that it can be used as eachbuilding and surrounding environment. and it is usedby quantitative or qualitative evaluation method. Inthis research, Program which can be used as bothquantitative and qualitative evaluation method wassuggested.
Main evaluation indicators and weights of theindicators was suggested using indicators andweights of LQI(Living Quality Indicator). Also,Detailed evaluation method was suggested. Operationof LQI program was composed of possibility forusing web sever and individual PC
