Abstract
The construction industry is facing a shortage of skilled workers, low productivity, and on-site safety issues. To address these problems, efforts are underway to leverage smart construction technology. These efforts are being applied to various areas of the construction industry and several studies have been conducted on soil distribution in earthworks. However, most of those studies have focused on achieving minimal costs using the shortest distance algorithm or have only considered the excavators and dump trucks commonly used in earthworks. As a result, work plans for soil construction equipment, such as graders and dozers, have not been considered. In this study, we aim to ensure the continuity of soil construction equipment operations by applying clustering to soil distribution and conducting research to reflect work plans for soil construction equipment.
