Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among involvement profiles, overall satisfaction, and affective loyalty among tennis club members. Data were collected from club members (n=221) from selected 24 tennis clubs by using the convenience sampling method in Seoul, Korea. The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS 6.0 statistical computer packages. Consistent with the elaborated model, the overall satisfaction was substantially predicted by involvement subcomponents (importance, pleasure, self-expression, and centrality). In addition, club members’ organizational commitment was also predicted by overall satisfaction. Findings indicated that overall satisfaction directly affects on loyalty to the respective tennis club.
