Abstract
In this paper, we evaluate the performance of key-value stores for Tweet that consists of various data with different properties. First, we perform statistical analysis to understand the properties of data in Tweet. Next, we evaluate the performance of the key-value stores (i.e., Redis, BerkeleyDB, LevelDB, RocksDB) according to the statistical classification of Tweet data. The result of this paper allows us to select the most suitable system for various applications using Tweet data. It also helps to understand the characteristics of key-value stores according to the statistical characteristics of data, and accordingly, can be used in decision making for selecting a data store.
