Abstract

This study has been done to understand influences of ecoconsciousness and prior ecoknowledge of consumers on green consumption behavior. Survey, of which sample size was 205, was used to figure out the influences of ecoconsciousness and ecoknowledge of consumer on the overall actual green consumption process which include purchase, use and disposal. The result of this study shows that prior knowledge and ecoconsciousness affect, in overall perspective, green consumption behavior positively. Those influences are shown to be significant on purchasing and disposal activities while not significant in using activities.
