abstract = "In this paper, fully controlled interference cancellation module (ICM) for an 18 GHz 2 × 2 line-of-sight (LoS) multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) system is presented. A 2 × 2 LoS MIMO hardware prototype with a 110 MHz channel bandwidth and data rate of 250 Mbps per path (total of 500 Mbps) was fabricated in the 18 GHz band. In the 16-QAM digital modulation test, the experimental results show that the system can achieve an error vector magnitude (EVM) of about 4.05, an SNR of 25.3 dB. The LoS MIMO technique using the developed system verifies the possibility of a spectrum efficiency improvement.",
