Abstract
The purpose of this case study is to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching monitoring program in the A university and to investigate teaching improvement support plans in the post-COVID-19 era. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, the researchers used the Kirkpatrick model and analyzed participants’ survey, teaching improvement strategies, and course evaluations. The results revealed that the participants were satisfied with the program and support for teaching strategies. Also, the participants presented their plans for changes in their courses based on the consultation. The researchers confirmed the improvement of teaching from course evaluations. Finally, this study suggests the plans for the improvement of the teaching monitoring program that have implications for teaching improvement in the post-COVID-19 era.
