Abstract

In this paper, a single-stage four-phase interleaved totem-pole AC-DC converter is proposed. The converter has the advantage of a small circulating power compared to conventional topologies. A hybrid switching method is introduced for wide input and output voltage range applications. An integrated structure of transformer and filter inductors is proposed to reduce the size and number of magnetic components. Experimental results from a prototype are implemented to validate the proposed concepts.
