N2 - Background In the past, the evolution of the logo design environment produces contents through active participation by users on a platform. The purpose of this study is to analyz various platform cases according to production environment changes to diagnos the change of a logo design production environment platform, and to draw up implications for future directions. Methods This study was conducted using a case study method, and divided into four categories based on Lee Seung-ja's study on extract elements of consideration for the user experience. We also conducted an additional survey with the results of the analysis to verify the usefulness between the platform and the user, and we presented objective results to diagnose the contrast of the case based on the questionnaire after the case analysis. Results The case analysis and survey results show that the considerations classified in the user experience provide an easy-to-use logo design platform environment that allows users to design easily and conveniently. On the other hand, it is recognized that additional professional designer's services are needed as a complementary way to engage laypersonsin design. Conclusions This research is an early stage study to elucidate whether the results of a high-level logo design that contain the value of identity desired by the user, can consider that most of the current intelligentized logo design making platform is in the initial development stage. We expect to be a useful platform for general users that need a logo in the future by diagnosing contrast and anal yzing a current case.
