Abstract
It is impossible to solve the complex and various problems which will be encountered in the future society simply by only one knowledge, rather more creative and integrated ability in problem solving is required. Accordingly, STEAM program in educational circles is diversely popularized, hence study regarding appropriate evaluation method and evaluation system is necessary. In this study we suggest model and construction method of evaluation system which, evaluates the STEAM education program and propose generalized approach method for evaluation system construction which fits various convergent human resource educational program. If the evaluation system is constructed and utilized in evaluation method of program as suggested in this study, it will be possible to figure out the strengths and weaknesses of each educational programs at a glance.
