Abstract

A weaver type ultra-high precision image rejection mixer architecture composed of analog and digital mixers is proposed, along with the error compensating algorithm for various gain and phase mismatches. The architecture rejects images at the I-path and Q-path, simultaneously. The architecture shows a very high image rejection ratio without the need for an image rejection filter.
