Abstract

According to the size changes of object extracted in the image, an automatic audio mixing for the object are required to be changed for rendering for implementation of a real time free-viewpoint TV (FTV). In this paper, the loudness was measured with the object size change using Loudness Units relative to Full Scale (LUFS). Based on the measurement results, it is suggested that the loudness should be added or subtracted with 3 LUFS when the size of the object extracted in the image are zoomed in and out to double compared with the previous size of the object. This study is expected to be a useful algorithm for realistic audio mixing for real time FTV.
