BIM설계를 적용한 건축설계 NCS 개발에 관한 연구

Park Geun Hye government established the motto"make a society where the priority is put on thecapability" as one of its core policies. and plannedthe construction of National Competency Standardsas No. 73 national policy with targeting thecompletion of it by 2014.
As the NCS is used for the education andtraining of basic human resources including thedevelopment of educational process, and introductionof qualification system, it can be said that NCS isimportant in developing the future human resources.
The architectural design is also supplemented anddeveloped based on NCS which was developed in2010.
So, in this study, the prior literature wasreviewed and analyzed and a workshop was heldfor practitional designers working in the large,medium and small sized domestic architecturaldesign offices, as well as educational experts andqualification experts. Based on the research,architectural design NCS which are made with 47segmented capability units were divided into the 9capability units and 35 capability unit elements. Themain capability units include the contract ofarchitectural design, research & analysis ofarchitectural design, planning of architectural design,planning of architectural design, presentation ofarchitectural design, BIM design, cooperating designwith associate companies, preparation ofarchitectural drawing document and operation ofarchitectural design. In the process above, the BIMdesign work which has been introduced is definedand the capability unit elements and theimplementation references were developed inconsideration of the characteristics in the initialintroduction stage.
