Abstract

In a mobile communication system using UAV as movable base station, it is necessary to design cell partitioning appropriately according to the user's bandwidth demand. In this paper, we propose a partitioning method that considers UAV capacity, minimizing the overall system outage and maximizing throughput. Simulation results show that that our proposed method can improve total throughput without outage compared to the conventional Voronoi cell partitioning.
