Abstract
Recently, many countries have supported researches on the next generation of the electric grid to decrease the emission of CO2 and to improve the efficiency of energy generations. A test-bed is planned to be set up for verifying the new technologies including the next electric grid until 2011. Korean next electric grid is named K-Grid. K-Grid will hasten the changes of power systems, their information systems regulations and the relations among the stakeholders. Therefore, it is mandatory to estimate the direction of changes caused by KGrid for designing the new business model and preoccupying the new markets related to energy. I expect the extracting the knowledge pattern from the data of test-bed to help this estimation of these directionalities.
