Abstract
DISC Personality Profile method has been widely used in many different areas. In spite of wide usage, the question on what are the best ways to construct questionnaire has been ignored. In this study, we use two different questionnaires and investigate the validity and reliability of related constructs. The first questionnaire suggest some situations and let respondent select the items that best describe the personality of respondent. In the second questionnaire, situations are not considered and only adjectives are listed and respondents choose one item that describe them better. By comparing two different questionnaires, we investigate the convergent validity and discriminant validity as well as reliability. In oder to decide which questionnaire method is better, it is necessary for us to find the criterion. For this purpose, we explain DISC to respondents after administrating questionnaires, let respondents arrange DISC types based on the proximity of themselves and define them as accuracy. According to self-determined personality DISC types, all two types reflect DISC well and the first questionnaire is better than the second questionnaire in terms of accuracy.
