Abstract

Highlights Developed semi-solid gel layer containing electrolytic cell for solid-gas reaction. Employed Ag-Hg bimetallic catalyst on liquid electrolyte-free anode. Achieved continuous electro-oxidation of gaseous acetaldehyde.
