Abstract
Fine-grained AZ31 magnesium alloy produced by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was tested for investigating tensile and fatigue properties. The yield stress of ECAPed sample was lower than that of unECAPed sample. The ECAPed sample with a finer grain size exhibited a lower crack growth rate and lower fatigue limit, compared to the unECAPed one.
