abstract = "To determine neutrino parameters unknown to date from oscillation experiments, it is essential to resolve neutrino parameter degeneracies. We first of all review on how the neutrino parameter degeneracies occur and discuss a recent proposal to lift the neutrino parameter degeneracies by using two identical detectors, one in Kamioka and the other in Korea. We also demonstrate the possible impact of astrophysical neutrino sources to be measured at neutrino telescope on the determination of neutrino mass hierarchy and leptonic CP phase.",
