N2 - This study analyzes the impact of smart work experience on WLB in the public sector. The 2016 public service perception survey data from the Korean Institute Public Administration (KIPA) was used. We performed descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis for the analysis of this study. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the use of smart work had a significant effect (+) on WLB. In addition, in terms of work, work autonomy, work environment, and work resources have a positive effect. In terms of organizational environment, it was found to have a positive influence on rational organizational culture and leadership. In order to improve WLB in the public sector, it is necessary to secure sufficient work autonomy, work environment, and work resources, and in terms of the organizational environment, it is necessary to support a rational organizational culture and leadership.
