Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the direct and indirect effects of stress on work-Hfe balance and physical fatigue, and how locus of control, type of personality, moderate work-life balance and physical fatigue based on interactions with work-shift stress. It was also conducted to see how differences in the work-shift system by different two groups affect causal relationships between variables. Main results show negative spillover of work functions as mediator between work-shift stress and physical fatigue, as well as that difference in work-shift system incurs significant difference in path (work-shift stress to negative spillover of work) between Seoul Metro and SMRT.
