Abstract
This study aims to present the areas of IT convergence to improve awareness and revitalize management performance by examining how the organization's perception of IT convergence and the CEO's willingness affect the overall organization's IT utilization and management performance. In particular, the difference in the impact on management performance was empirically verified through analysis of the mediating effect of IT utilization for improvement of management performance and the analysis of the control effect of the CIO organization. To achieve the purpose of the study, an empirical analysis was conducted using the data of the 2018 domestic IT·SW utilization survey conducted on 3017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees. As a result of analyzing data through structural model analysis using SPSS 25 and AMOS 22, it was confirmed that the organization's perception of IT convergence and the CEO's willingness to push forward have a positive (+)effect on both IT utilization and management performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the use of IT by the entire organization has a partial mediating effect on management performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence of a CIO had a greater positive impact on IT utilization and management performance. Through the results obtained in this study, the organization is expected to remove risk factors for IT convergence and strengthen awareness of the importance of IT convergence, thereby more effectively promoting corporate IT use and leading to management performance.
