Abstract
In the current construction industry, physical property evaluation of sealant materials is conducted in accordance to KS F 4935.
Among the KS F 4935 test criteria, there is a methodological problem with the wet surface adhesion test method. The issues were outlined and analyzed through repeat testing and based on the results, new test method and apparatus were developed to provide an improved and more accurate evaluation. As a result, this new method was able to objectively evaluate the wet adhesion properties of waterproofing sealant materials.
