Abstract
As the era of commercialization of quantum computers approaches, many studies have shown that many existing cryptographic algorithms can be easily broken through the powerful computing power of quantum computers and attacks that utilize them. For these reasons, many kinds of researches are underway about encryption algorithms that are secure from quantum computer attacks. However, no method has been proposed for the PEKS (Public-Key Encryption with Keyword Search) encryption algorithm. In this paper, we design PEKS using MNTRU-based problems that have been proven safe from quantum computer attacks. After designing PEKS using the IBE(Identity-Based Encryption) function designed using MNTRU, we tested the results of implementation in multiple environments. As a result, it was confirmed that it was effective enough to be used in practice.
